This is an owner-builder extension involving excavation under an existing house, and it's a complete disaster!!! Pigs will fly before an idea like this will ever get a building permit.

Floor joist layout. No two sizes are the same, and there are blocks and packers everywhere. Someone was making this up as they went along!
